1. Installation precautions

1.1 Surrounding environment: The installation position of the roadblock machine should be smooth and firm, and it is forbidden to install it in the place with uneven section and large slope.

1.2 Installation location: The installation location of the roadblock machine should be located in a place where there is enough space around it, which will not affect the travel of personnel. It is necessary to avoid getting close to high-voltage lines and places that are easy to cause machine damage.

1.3 Installation depth: The installation depth of the roadblock machine shall meet the requirements. Before construction, carry out geological investigation and detection, and make sure that there are no underground facilities such as cables and water pipes at the installation location, so as to ensure that the installation depth reaches the standard.

2. Installation steps

2.1 Digging foundation pit:

Dig the foundation pit according to the overall dimensions of the product. The dimensions of the foundation pit are

Length: according to the actual length of roadblock machine +400mm;

Width: 1500mm;

Depth: 1000mm (including 240mm cushion).

2.2 do cushion:

240mm cushion shall be made at the bottom of foundation pit, and the cushion shall be poured with concrete with C25 grade or above, with 110 mm diameter PVC pipe as drainage pipe in the middle, which shall be connected to reservoir or sewer, and the cushion shall be paved and compacted to prevent the equipment from sinking.

2.3 Installation wiring:

After the cushion layer is hardened, hoist the roadblock machine into the foundation pit with lifting equipment to ensure that the roadblock machine panel is flush with the ground; The hydraulic station and the controller shall be fixed according to the site conditions, and the oil pipe shall be extended to the hydraulic station according to the site size, and the LED light wire shall be connected to the controller. PVC pipes shall be sleeved outside the oil pipe and the light wire. See 2.3 Installation Wiring Diagram for details.

2.4 Equipment debugging:

The controller is connected to 380V three-phase power supply, the hydraulic station is filled with hydraulic oil, and the power-on test is started to ensure that the motor rotates clockwise (if it is counterclockwise, the power is cut off immediately, and any two motors are replaced until the motor rotates clockwise); Then test the functions of ascending, descending and stopping, and finally test the functions of ascending pedal and descending pressure relief valve when power is cut off.
