Third, the installation of products:
1. Installation precautions:
1.1 Surrounding environment: The installation position of lifting column should be flat and firm, and it is forbidden to install it in the place with uneven section and large slope.
1.2 Installation position: The installation position of lifting column should be located in a place where there is enough space around it, which will not affect people's travel. It is necessary to avoid getting close to high-voltage lines and places that are easy to cause machine damage.
1.3 Installation depth: The installation depth of lifting column shall meet the requirements. Before construction, carry out geological investigation and detection, and make sure that there are no underground facilities such as cables and water pipes at the installation location, so as to ensure that the installation depth reaches the standard.
2. Installation steps:
2.1. Digging foundation holes:
Dig the foundation pit according to the overall dimensions of the product. The dimensions of the foundation pit are:
Length: determine the size according to the road conditions on site;
Width: 800mm;
Depth: 1200mm (including 100mm cushion).
2.2. do cushion:
After mixing with sand and gravel, make a 100mm cushion from the bottom of the foundation pit, or make a cushion with concrete, and pave and tamp the cushion to prevent the equipment from sinking. Choose whether to do drainage according to different regional conditions.
2.3. Remove the outer barrel of the lifting column for leveling:
Unload the outer barrel of the lifting column with hexagon socket, put it on the cushion, adjust the levelness of the outer barrel with a spirit level, make the outer surface slightly higher than the ground level by about 3mm, and weld and reinforce the outer barrel with steel bars to prevent inclination.
2.4. embedded pipe and drain pipe:
According to the positions of outlet holes and drainage holes reserved on the surface of the outer barrel, the threading pipe and drainage pipe are embedded. The wiring mode of PLC controller is different from that of single chip microcomputer controller. For details, please see 2.7 Schematic diagram of installation and wiring.
2.5. wiring debugging:
Put the internal structure of the lifting column into the outer barrel and fix it with screws. According to 2.7 installation wiring diagram, power on the equipment wiring, conduct ascending and descending operations, observe the ascending and descending conditions of the equipment, adjust the ascending height of the equipment, rise and stand for 30 minutes to detect the pressure maintaining condition of the equipment, and finally test the emergency descending.
2.6. backfill muck, pouring:
Backfill an appropriate amount of muck to fix the equipment, and then pour it slowly and evenly with concrete above C25 until it is level with the upper surface of the equipment.
